Energy cleansing beads

The stones in this prayer bead are all connected to the root chakra, located at the base of your spine. Their predominant energy is grounding, cleansing of negative energy, patience inducing, and clarifying a mind from illusion and cloudiness. The strand’s main function is Protection. 

The beads can be worn as a single strand around the neck, in which case it falls all the way around the navel, depending on one’s height. It can also be worn doubled up to make it hang shorter, but in that case its energy intensifies in one place and caution should be used with these particular stones that are not meant to enhance the heart chakra, love, receptivity, nor do they specifically induce positive emotions. They cleanse negative energy, but the positive energy has to come after that from elsewhere – or from within once cloudiness and darkness is lifted. 

It can also be worn around the wrist to give more steadiness to the movement. Together with the bracelet the set becomes a solid presence that you feel, which will remind you to stay grounded. The left hand symbolizes receptiveness, the right hand symbolizes action. The right hand is better suited for these stones as they can steady one’s activities. It is best used for prayer or meditation as a counting tool. There are 108 beads and a guru bead. The significance behind the number 108 can be multifaceted and there are numerous interpretation. One of them is the following: 1 stands for God or higher Truth, 0 stands for emptiness or completeness in spiritual practice, and 8 stands for infinity or eternity. 

In whatever you do that involves these beads, pay attention to the energy that it gives you – it might feel rather heavy at first. Neutral. As with any activated object that enters your energy field, the initial energy you feel might create an unpleasant reaction, but that’s usually just the body and mind reacting to the change in energy itself. In a short while, once you give the energy the chance to flow through you, you should start feeling its genuine power. It can help an already anxious mind or state to achieve calmness. So it’s best to be using it on occasions that produce anxiety in preparation for the occasion – or alternatively in environments that are heavy with electromagnetic and toxic energy. You can also place it somewhere in your home – for example next to a computer as you are working with one, or next to an internet router or close to the entrance of a room you want to protect from negative energy.
